What I collect

• Order details — your name and email address, and what you bought, so I can deliver your product and provide support.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. I receive a confirmation and limited details (like the last digits of your card), never your full card number.
• Email address for marketing — only if you tick the opt-in box at checkout.
• Basic usage analytics — anonymous page views and a temporary session identifier so I can see how many people visit. This is first-party and not sold to anyone.

Why I use it (legal bases)

• To fulfil your order and send your download and receipt — performance of our contract.
• To send marketing emails — only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time.
• To keep the site working and secure and understand traffic — my legitimate interests.

The services I use (processors)

To run this shop I rely on a few trusted providers, each with their own privacy safeguards:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your order confirmation and download email.
• MailerLite — marketing emails (only if you opted in).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Upstash — securely storing order records.
• Cloudflare — domain and network security.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/UK (for example in the United States). Where that happens, they use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, just email info@shehasadhdshop.com and I'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Marketing emails

If you opted in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing me. I'll never sell your email address.

This site uses minimal, first-party analytics to count visits and sessions. It does not use third-party advertising trackers. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely.

This shop is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
